Mash the potato, add in the mushroom mixture. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder. Sauté it.
Transfer the mixture in the plate, and allow it cool.
Add little flour and bread crumb in the mushroom mixture and mix everything together until well combined. Add chopped coriander leaves and adjust seasoning.
Prepare a thick liaison of flour, water and salt. Spread the breadcrumb on a plate for coating.
Take small portion of the mushroom mixture and roll them between your palms to make a ball. Flatten it to get the shape of cutlet. Use one hand to dip the mushroom mixture in the liaison, and use another hand to apply breadcrumb to coat the cutlet from all sides. Smoothen the edges to seal any cracks.
Heat the oil in a pan for frying. Place the cutlets on the hot oil and fry until both sides are golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilly tomato relish.
