Home Made Veg Pizza on Tawa

Pizza without oven

While you are thinking what to write…????

Since morning I was thinking what should be the dish I would like to share with my love once? I slept for the day because nothing to do in the lockdown after completion of my daily work with my wife. In the evening I was watching the TV and suddenly Reyansh (my son) has asked “Mujhe Pizza khana hain”(I want to eat pizza.)

We can’t order pizza from outside and saying NO, to my son was tough enough for me, and then I decide to prepare pizza for him at home. I did my mis-en-place and as keep the pizza for baking, i feel that oven is not working because this equipment does not work on dg.

I decide to prepared pizza for him on “Tawa” and he enjoyed it a lot. I have also tried a slice with  my wife and then I have clear picture for the new dish that I would like to share.

Lets cook Tawa pizza , you can prepared it with minimum ingredients  and in very less time. I hope this recipe will help to all dads who cook for kids while mom is not at home….
